switch-gear for turbine, transformer and transmission line system

i have turbine with rate 17 MVA, 11kv,50HZ needed to connected to step up transformer 11/66 kv then i will synchronize with national power grid at 66kv and transmit power using 1 km O.H.T.L followed by 1 km under ground cable
could you please tell me about all switch-gears needed for that system

Said,

Your national power grid should have design standards for you to follow, I suggest that you follow what others have done. At a minimum you will need a remotely operable circuit breaker, protective relaying, metering and relaying PTs and CTs, instrumentation including a synchronizing panel, a skilled installation crew, time and money, plus an experienced engineering team to help you do this properly.

Er. Said,

Your Plant is CPP or Cogen. Fault level of Grid. On which equipment specification depends.

Mamsour, your question is all about detailed engineering. Not a straight forward question to be answered in few paragraphs. Answer itself is a function of various input parameters & conditions.

I suggest get feed back power to energize your transformer 1st then you should have 11 kv/ 110 V PT on Gen side of 11 kv Gen Breaker, and 11 kV/110 V PT on transformer 11 kV side of Gen Breaker. Both PT outputs must be fed to Synchronizing panel. Start Generator and bring voltage at 11 kV level with Gen breaker still open but transformer energized back from grid power & its PT supplying voltage to synchronizing panel. It can be manually synchronized by synchroscope in synch panel by controlling voltage by increasing decreasing excitation & at 12 o'clock synchroscope will give close command to Gen breaker, if frequencies, voltages & phase angles of both supplies match. OR autosynch panel can be used.

AT YOUR POWER HOUSE YOU SHOULD HAVE CB, CT, PT, ISOLATOR, PROTECTION PANELS FOR TRANSFORMER AND GENERATOR AND CABLE PROTECTION AS WELL AS SYNCHRONISATION ARRANGEMENT.
