What does 'Custom Cleared' mean, who can help me out please?

Often I happen to receive offers, mainly straight from manufacturers of solar moduls, with
conditions 'custom cleared' .
I thought there is an agreement between EU and China about a minimum price of € 0,56/Wp, what will be my risk when I buy moduls lower then the minimum price?
I've asked Chamber of Commerce and Customs they both don't know...
I like to know which risk's/costs are coming with 'custom cleared', who can help me out please?

That means, your supplier will do the customs clearance for the goods which you import from manufacturer. So, you do not have to concern about the risky of Anti-dumping any longer.

Which would mean the supplier would take care of the importing taxes of your country. You just arrange the trucks to pick from the port is fine.

Hi Joost, so long as you are not the importer of the panels, then there is no risk to you in buying custom cleared goods. Any subsequent fines will go to the importer and not the end buyer.
If you are looking for quality panels which have already been imported into Europe with all taxes paid, we can offer large quantities of Renesola 250w, tier one panels with a 25yr powergaurd warranty for only 54 cents pw.
Kind regards
Tony Archibald
