Often I happen to receive offers, mainly straight from manufacturers of solar moduls, with
conditions 'custom cleared' .
I thought there is an agreement between EU and China about a minimum price of € 0,56/Wp, what will be my risk when I buy moduls lower then the minimum price?
I've asked Chamber of Commerce and Customs they both don't know...
I like to know which risk's/costs are coming with 'custom cleared', who can help me out please?
