Simulation PLC and HMI in a PC

Hi All,
I want to simulate PLC and HMI in a PC/Laptop, but i got a problem to make them connected. I am using Unity for PLC and Wonderware for HMI. I need your advices for solve it.Thank You

You either need to be able to use a internal (virtual) interface of create a hard wired interface.
Do you have 2 ethernet ports on your PC?
Usually you can configure an interface for both PLC and HMI when running the software on your PC. If you setup the PLC to use Eth1 and HMI to use Eth2 and connect your two ports with a cable you should be able to setup communication.

Schneider Electric Unity Pro XL and Vijeo Designer let you do that. If you cannot do it probably what you have is a setup issue, check your Ethernet settings and your communication settings in the PLC.
