Have you heard about such a device ? I would like to install one inverter with all type of installation on our building ? Have someone checked solution ?

First one that comes to mind is Tigo. They provide MPPT at the module level, allowing for individual MPPT but still using a single central/string inverter. A number of other companies also do a similar thing.
