Control in general or control of power electronics in particular? If power electronics, are you looking for theory/textbook, a power supply design focus, or a cookbook? Also, continuous time or discrete time control? There are a lot of control books out there so knowing what you are looking for would help all of us to make useful recommendations.

Control systems in general !!where i could get to learn about control system components, bode plot, nyquist plots, feedback systems(open, closed loop). It would also be helpful if you could help me suggest a book on control of power electronics. Both the topics are useful for me.

I used Automatic Control Systems by Kuo in school ... might be a little dated when it comes to digital control. I like Christophe Basso's book Switch-Mode Power Supplies ... Spice simulations and practical designs ... overview of small signal modes with respect to topologies /continuous /discontinous. ... I 'll also be checking out the Coursera class from Colorado on SMPS ...there should be good stuff there.
