Where is the location of the plant? Local pollution board has strict norms about the stack height. As regards to make up water requirement, you need to give more details.

The power plant is located at south-western part of Bangladesh in Khulna city on the bank of Bhairab river. The power plant consists of 150MW gas turbine plant and 75 MW steam turbine plant Makeup water will be required in the steam cycle and also wet cooling tower.
